It was a true honor to speak at Louis Vuitton San Dimas-California,

a place where excellence, creativity, and human values are lived every day.

Together, we explored how the lessons of high-altitude climbing — building self-confidence, assessing risk, aligning with purpose, and daring to push limits — can strengthen leadership and team dynamics in the corporate world.

Being the 13th French woman to summit Mount Everest taught me that every great ascent — whether on a mountain or within an organization — requires trust, humility, and collective strength.

These moments remind me how powerfully the spirit of adventure resonates within organizations.
